honey sriracha chicken


  1. Cook rice in rice cooker or however else you cook rice.
  2. In a small sauce pan combine the honey, sriracha, soy sauce, garlic, and a bit of corn starch, heat it over a low flame, and mix it up.
  3. Add diced chicken, the cup of corn starch, and any seasonings you'd like (I just use salt and pepper) to a large plastic bag, seal it, and shake it up so that all the chicken is coated with the corn starch.
  4. Melt butter and drizzle oil in a large skillet over medium heat, and sauté the chicken until it is lightly browned and cooked through.
  5. Pour the sauce over the chicken and stir it up.
  6. Serve over rice and enjoy!
