honey sriracha chicken
Ingredients:
- 12 chicken tenderloins, diced
- Like a cup of corn starch
- 2 cups honey
- 1 cup sriracha
- Half a cup of soy sauce
- A tbsp of garlic
- A bit more corn starch to thicken the sauce
- Optional red pepper flakes if you want to make it realllly spicy
- 2-3 cups of jasmine rice
Instructions:
- Cook rice in rice cooker or however else you cook rice.
- In a small sauce pan combine the honey, sriracha, soy sauce, garlic, and a bit of corn starch, heat it over a low flame, and mix it up.
- Add diced chicken, the cup of corn starch, and any seasonings you'd like (I just use salt and pepper) to a large plastic bag, seal it, and shake it up so that all the chicken is coated with the corn starch.
- Melt butter and drizzle oil in a large skillet over medium heat, and sauté the chicken until it is lightly browned and cooked through.
- Pour the sauce over the chicken and stir it up.
- Serve over rice and enjoy!
