banana bread

Note: I use a 8x4” bread pan. Different sizes may affect baking time.

Ingredients:

Instructions:
  1. Preheat oven to 350F and grease a bread pan with butter or cooking spray.
  2. In a mixing bowl, melt the butter then mix in the bananas and mash until smooth.
  3. Mix in the egg, baking soda, sugar, flour, and vanilla extract (and any additional mix-ins you want).
  4. Pour the batter into the greased bread pan and bake for about an hour. Check to see if it’s ready by poking it with a toothpick and having the toothpick come out clean.
  5. Remove from oven and let cool for a few minutes. Then remove the bread from the pan and serve!
