1. Sprinkle a tortilla with mexican seasonings, then place 1 - 2 handfuls of mexican cheese on one side of the tortilla. Pile on any other ingredients you want (hot sauce, salsa, cooked meats, etc.) and fold the tortilla in half.
  2. Melt butter in a medium skillet over a low flame.
  3. Place the quesadilla in the pan and cook for about 3 minutes, then flip it cook for an additional 2 - 3 minutes.
  4. Plate it, cut into triangles, and enjoy!
