taco pasta


  1. In a large pot of boiling water, cook pasta according to package instructions. Drain, return to pot.
  2. Meanwhile in a large skillet (greased with either cooking spray or butter) over medium heat, cook onion 5 minutes, then add jalapeño and cook 2 minutes more. Add ground beef and cook for 6 minutes or until it's no longer pink.
  3. Drain fat and return to skillet.
  4. Add taco seasoning, canned tomatoes, cheese, and cream. Melt over a low heat, stirring occasionally.
  5. Add cooked pasta and mix it up until completely combined.
  6. Enjoy!
