cinnamon french toast
Note: I usually use bread typically used for sandwiches, though thicker bread would be better. You may have to double ingredients and cooking time if you use thicker bread.

- 2 - 3 slices of white bread
- 1 - 2 large eggs
- idk like half a cup of milk
- A few drops of vanilla extract
- As much ground cinnamon as you want
- Heat a griddle to 400F or a large frying pan over a low flame, and melt butter to prevent sticking.
- In a small mixing bowl, mix your eggs, milk, vanilla extract, and cinnamon.
- Dip your slices of bread in the mix, making sure both sides are soaked, and place them on the griddle or frying pan. You may need to add more cinnamon to the mix between soaking each slice.
- Cook for 2 - 3 minutes on each side, until both sides are sufficiently browned.
- Plate the french toast, top with syrup or powdered sugar or whatever, and enjoy!
- In a small mixing bowl, mix your eggs, milk, vanilla extract, and cinnamon.
- Dip your slices of bread in the mix, making sure both sides are soaked, and place them in the air fryer bin. You may need to add more cinnamon to the mix between soaking each slice.
- Cook at 315F for about 4 minutes on each side, for a total of 8 minutes.
- Plate the french toast, top with syrup or powdered sugar or whatever, and enjoy!
banana bread
Note: I use a 8x4” bread pan. Different sizes may affect baking time.

- 2 or 3 very ripe bananas
- A whole stick of butter (about 1/3 cup)
- A half tsp of baking soda
- A cup of sugar
- 1 and 1/2 cups of flour
- A large egg
- Like a tsp of vanilla extract
- Optional 1/2 cup of mix-ins (chocolate chips, nutella, walnuts, etc.)
- Preheat oven to 350F and grease a bread pan with butter or cooking spray.
- In a mixing bowl, melt the butter then mix in the bananas and mash until smooth.
- Mix in the egg, baking soda, sugar, flour, and vanilla extract (and any additional mix-ins you want).
- Pour the batter into the greased bread pan and bake for about an hour. Check to see if it’s ready by poking it with a toothpick and having the toothpick come out clean.
- Remove from oven and let cool for a few minutes. Then remove the bread from the pan and serve!
mini pizza bagels

- Plain mini bagels
- Marinara sauce
- Mozzarella
- Pepperonis (or whatever your preferred pizza toppings are!)
